Mark2Cure

Mark2Cure is a web-based, concept recognition, relationship extraction and validation tool for annotating text. It works by teaching citizen scientists to precisely identify concepts and concept relationships in biomedical text. It allows anyone that can read English, regardless of background, to help in the process of biomedical discovery. Mark2Cure consists of 2 types of tasks: Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Relationship Extraction (RE) Mark2Cure is a project by the Scripps Research Institue.
